Job description
Airtron Heating and Air, a Direct Energy Company, is currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians in Raleigh, NC.

Education requirements
• High school diploma or GED required.
Experience requirements
• 3-5 years of HVAC experience.
Qualifications
• CFC required.
Responsibilities
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems in customer's home.
• Perform preventative maintenance and proactive repairs when needed.
• Provide repair vs. replacement options.
• Respond to calls in a timely manner.
• Provide sales leads to Sales Lead Coordinator.
• Determine parts to order for repairs in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety precautions and follow safety guidelines.
Skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to problem-solve.
Work hours
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
